Return Policy

Returns for credit or exchange will be honored if:

  • Product(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt
  • All Contact Lenses are sealed and unopened
  • Product is sent with original packaging
  • All returns must be accompanied with a written explanation
  • Custom products are non-returnable. These products include:
    • All hard and Rigid Gas Permeable contact lenses
    • Optifit Opaque contact lenses
    • Optifit Color Blends contact lenses
    • All Toric contact lenses(lenses for astigmatism)
  • Credit for undelivered items (i.e. shipped from ShopCLE but not received by customer) will be honored only after 30 days have elapsed from the date of shipment from CLE.

Any item that has been verified as delivered is not subject to a refund. However, at sole discretion we may decide to provide a discount on a make-up shipment or partial/full refund. Open boxes of contact lenses and lens removers can not be returned for refund due to the regulated nature of the eye care industry and in the essence of maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and assurance that our clients only receive sanitary products.

Shipping charges back to are the responsibility of the customer. We will, however refund shipping charges if the product is shipped to you as a result of our error.

A Contact Lens is an FDA-regulated product, and is classified as a Class III device (21 CFR 886.5925). As such, federal law prohibits us from accepting any opened products for return or exchange, unless a product defect exists, it's illegal for us to reuse or resell them.

For your protection, items should be returned via traceable mail. Please help us improve our service by noting the reason for your return. Additionally, it is vital that your return address appears on the outside of the package.

Important - Let us know about any problems as soon as possible, because all merchandise returned beyond the 30 day guarantee is subject to a 20% administrative fee.

Sunglass Return

We will gladly accept returns for credit or exchange if and ONLY if:

  • The sunglasses are un worn and un damaged in its original condition with all accessories i.e cleaning cloth and case included.
  • You are returning the glasses within 30 days of the original receipt
  • Please be sure to include a note with the reason you are returning in order to expedite the process.
